Monthly Rental Rates:

1 month lease- 20% of retail value

2-3 month lease- 15% of retail value

4-6 month lease- 10%

6-11 month lease- 8% of retail value

12 month lease - 5% of retail value per month

1 month minimum.

Art can be purchased any time during rental with 20% of rental fees credited to sale price
No refunds for early returns.
